Skills:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Cold Calling Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to international clients to promote our IT services, which include web and mobile app development.
  • Proficiency in English and French is required to effectively communicate with a diverse global customer base.
  • Key Responsibilities. Conduct cold calls to international customers using Skype and other communication tools.
  • Promote and pitch IT services such as web and mobile app development to potential clients.
  • Identify client needs and provide relevant information about company services.
  • Maintain a database of leads and track call outcomes.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to develop strategies for effective client engagement.
  • Requirements. Languages:Proficiency in English and French (both spoken and written).
  • Experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in the IT services industry.
  • Familiarity with Skype and other online communication tools.
  • Basic understanding of IT services like web and mobile app development is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
