Product Consultant Trainee

As a Product Consultant for our Support Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to assist clients with their inquiries effectively.
• Would be interfacing with prospects/existing clients via phone, email, chat, and face-to-face and web meetings needs to have strong communication skills and the ability to interact with International clients.
• Identify and troubleshoot product-related issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems.
• Create and maintain documentation for common issues and solutions, contributing to the knowledge base.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination in addressing client needs.
• Provide proactive support to customers and prospects.

Qualifications

• This is a full-time Opportunity for a Fresher or 6 months of experience in sales engineering or relevant experience in customer-facing roles in a business-to-business, large/strategic customer segment
• Experience with cloud technologies will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working in a metric-driven environment and hands-on experience in dealing with international clients.
• A positive and customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
