Job Description
- At least 10 of prior experience in Presales with minimum 13+ years of total experience
- Should be experienced on end-to-end sales and distribution process for Telco, FMCG or any other industry
- Hands on experience and knowledge on stock and inventory management, dealer/partner distribution and channel sales processes
- Working knowledge of demand planning and forecasting
Solution Design and Proposal Development
- Very good exposure to end-to-end RPF/RPx processes
- Understand customer requirements and design tailored software solutions to address their needs.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to draft detailed proposals, including technical architecture, workflows, and solution benefits.
- Create custom demonstrations, prototypes, or proof-of-concepts to showcase product capabilities.
Customer Engagement and Consultation
- Act as a technical consultant during customer meetings, presentations, and workshops.
- Address customer concerns, provide insights, and highlight the software s value proposition.
- Build trust and establish relationships with key stakeholders on the client side.
- Should be available for travel as and when needed for customer engagements on short notice.
Collaboration with Sales and Engineering Teams
- Partner with sales teams to identify client needs and align presales activities with business goals.
- Provide feedback to engineering regarding customer demands, competitive intelligence, and feature requests.
- Support sales by offering strategic advice during deal negotiation and closing phases.
Technical Presentations and Training
- Deliver compelling technical presentations and demos tailored to various audiences (executives, technical teams, etc.).
- Train internal sales teams on product features, technical aspects, and best practices for engaging customers.
- Develop reusable presentation materials and assets for the presales process.
- Good hands-on experience with creation of BoQ, infrastructure requirements, cloud deployment strategies etc.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Market and Technology Research
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies.
- Recommend innovative approaches and solutions to enhance presales effectiveness.
- Evaluate competitor offerings and ensure the proposed solutions highlight differentiation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete Responsibility Accountability of RFP/RFx Analysis and Response preparation
- Supporting Sales Organization to mature the business opportunities
- Technical Solution Proposal writing and various artefacts preparation in co- ordination with Engineering teams.
- Cross functional team co-ordination for bid response
- Product and Solution Presentations to Internal stakeholders and Customers
- Understand and articulate Product features.
- Product Demonstrations to Customers
