We are looking for a skilled Global Account Manager to drive international e-commerce growth across platforms like Amazon North America, Amazon Europe, eBay, and Etsy. The ideal candidate will excel in client communication, relationship management, and team leadership while ensuring seamless execution of global marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent communication and support. Manage FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) processes, including required documentation, shipment creation, and export invoice procedures. Oversee product approval, listings, SEO, and advertising strategies to optimize sales and visibility. Lead and train a team, fostering a high-performance culture and effective collaboration. Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand presence and streamline business processes.
Requirements: Proven experience in managing international e-commerce accounts (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc.). Strong understanding of FBA operations and export documentation. Expertise in SEO, product listings, and digital marketing for global marketplaces. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
