E-Commerce Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

• Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and sales, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals
• Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to inform marketing tactics and campaigns
  

Campaign Management:

• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and display advertising
• Manage and oversee the performance of paid search and social campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs
• Utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve campaign effectiveness
  

E-Commerce Optimization:

• Work closely with the e-commerce team to optimize the online shopping experience, including site navigation, product pages, and checkout processes

Analytics and Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of marketing initiatives
• Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, customer behavior, and overall e-commerce metrics
• Use data and analytics to make informed decisions and recommendations for future marketing activities

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that encourages creativity and continuous improvement
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI
• Track and report on budget expenditures, making adjustments as necessary to stay within budgetary guideline

Experience and Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Masters degree preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, or Myntra
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful e-commerce marketing strategies.
