Product Listing & Catalog Management:
Create, update, and optimize product listings on various eCommerce platforms like Flip kart, Amazon, Meesho, India-mart, Trade-India, Myntra, and Just Dial. Ensure all product information is accurate, SEO-friendly, and aligned with platform requirements.

𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
Monitor and manage product stock levels across all eCommerce platforms to prevent stockouts or overstocking. Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure accurate and timely product availability.

𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
Oversee the order lifecycle, from order processing to shipment tracking. Ensure timely dispatch and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth delivery operations.

𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠:
Track and analyze sales performance using platform analytics tools. Prepare and present regular performance reports to management, highlighting key metrics like sales volume, customer feedback, and ROI on advertising campaigns.

𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 & 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, refunds, returns, and complaints. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and respond to queries promptly.

𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞:
Stay updated with the policies and guidelines of various eCommerce platforms to ensure compliance and avoid penalties. Ensure all product listings and business practices adhere to the terms and conditions set by the platforms.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in managing eCommerce platforms such as 𝐅𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐤𝐚𝐫𝐭, 𝐀𝐦𝐚𝐳𝐨𝐧, 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐨, 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐭, 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚, 𝐌𝐲𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐥.
2. Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices, SEO, and online retail strategies.
3. Excellent knowledge of listing optimization, order management, and customer service.
4. Proficient in using tools and dashboards for product management, sales tracking, and reporting.
5. Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and external partners.
6. Ability to multitask and handle multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
