Semi Qualified CA / CA - Mid Level Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage financial operations for real estate projects.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to support decision-making and business growth.
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and local real estate laws, particularly in Uttar Pradesh.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, marketing, and development to facilitate seamless operations.
• Handle budgeting, financial planning, and reporting for land development projects.
• Supervise and manage the accounts and finance teams.
• Monitor project financials and evaluate profitability and cost efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Semi Qualified CA or CA with 5-10 years of experience in the real estate sector, with a focus on land development.
• Strong knowledge of RERA regulations in Uttar Pradesh.
• Proven track record of managing mid-level management responsibilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with various departments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of land acquisition, planning, and development processes.
• Experience in financial forecasting, risk analysis, and project financing.
