Job Role : US IT Recruiter(State/Government Clients)

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for W2, C2C, and 1099 positions

across various state government clients.

• Job Posting & Resume Screening: Post jobs on job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) and

review resumes to identify qualified candidates.

• Candidate Interaction: Conduct initial interviews, assess technical skills, and ensure proper

documentation.

• VMS Management: Work closely with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) to track job orders

and submissions.

• Client Engagement: Collaborate with Account Managers and stakeholders to understand hiring

requirements.

• Offer Negotiation: Negotiate salaries and contract terms while ensuring compliance with state

and federal hiring policies.

• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain records for EEO compliance and other required

documentation.

• Database Management: Update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain talent pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 25 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter, preferably with state and government

clients.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with IT roles, technologies, and terminology.

• Tools Expertise: Proficient in VMS portals (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline) and ATS systems.

• Sourcing Platforms: Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder.

• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Flexibility: Ability to work in US time zones and handle multiple positions simultaneously.

• Compliance Knowledge: Awareness of EEO regulations and legal requirements for state hiring.
