Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive/Associate to join our Real Estate Sales team. This role is perfect for those looking to begin or advance their careers in real estate. Prior experience in real estate sales is highly preferred, as this role involves engaging with potential clients, conducting property tours, and supporting clients through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively identify and engage potential clients to promote property sales.
• Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the unique selling points of each property.
• Assist clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing.
• Build and maintain client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and addressing client needs and concerns.
• Stay updated with market trends, property values, and real estate regulations to provide clients with accurate and current information.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in real estate sales is highly preferred.
• Education: Minimum graduation degree is required; additional certifications in real estate or sales are a plus.
