Corporate Sales Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating bulk orders and securing corporate partnerships, preferably in the luxury retail, home fragrance, or related industries. You will play a key role in expanding our corporate client base, driving sales revenue, and maintaining long-lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential corporate clients such as hotels, spas, corporate offices, luxury retailers, real estate developers, and event planners.
• Develop and execute strategies to secure bulk orders and corporate deals to increase revenue and market presence.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate clients. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements for large-scale orders and corporate contracts.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product range and effectively communicate product benefits to corporate clients.
• Track sales activities and provide regular reports to management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
• Work closely with the marketing, product development, and logistics teams to ensure smooth fulfillment of large orders and to support promotional efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in business administration or a related field
• 5+ years in sales, with a proven track record in bulk order management, corporate sales, or B2B sales (experience in home fragrance, luxury goods, or related industries is a plus).
• Comfortable with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tracking tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present effectively to clients at all levels.
