Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Team Lead & Branch head you will be responsible for

• Achieving Sales Targets of the Regional Office
• Site visits along with Live Demos to make the client understand the need of our products and their usage.
• Deciding strategies to enhance the sales.
• Marketing roles may include planning, budgeting and coordinating open houses or other initiatives to increase sales for the office.
• Convincing prospective clients that your organization is the right one to meet up their requirement.
• Arranging advertising to promote the property
• Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on your database
• Making appointments and showing buyers around a property
• Screening buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price
• Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Determining clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of experience in any field, with a strong desire to pursue a career in real estate sales.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi (mandatory) and English.
• Basic understanding of real estate concepts and market dynamics is preferred.
• Must possess a valid bike license (mandatory) and have a reliable mode of transportation.
• Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently.
• Living in Bangalore or willing to relocate to Bangalore ONLY.
