The Project Head in real estate sales is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and success of real estate sales projects. This position requires a strategic approach to manage teams, achieve sales targets, ensure client satisfaction, and drive the overall profitability of the project.
Role & responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve project goals and revenue targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to generate leads.
2. Sales Management
- Lead the sales team, ensuring productivity and efficiency in achieving targets.
- Manage sales pipelines, track progress, and ensure timely closures of deals.
- Maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and brokers to drive sales.
3. Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team to build a high-performing workforce.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
4. Project Coordination
- Work closely with construction, marketing, and finance teams to align sales strategies with project timelines and budgets.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for property sales.
- Monitor the projects progress and address any bottlenecks that may impact sales.
5. Client Relationship Management
- Address client queries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Organize site visits and presentations for potential buyers and investors.
- Build a network of real estate agents and brokers to expand the projects reach.
6. Reporting and Analysis
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and optimize strategies.
- Monitor competitors activities and market conditions to stay ahead.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 8-12 years in real estate sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
