HR Intern

Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Intern to support our HR Operations team. This internship provides hands-on experience in core HR functions, including payroll, attendance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining employee attendance records and leave management.
• Support payroll processing by verifying attendance and assisting with salary calculations.
• Help manage employee records, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Assist in HR operational tasks such as onboarding, exit formalities, and database management.
• Prepare HR reports and track key metrics using Excel.

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Interest in HR operations, payroll, and compliance.
