Position Overview.

allnex is excited to welcome a motivated HR Intern to our Human Resources team in Mumbai, India! If you're detail-oriented and eager to dive into real HR processes, this role is a great opportunity.

You'll mainly help with CV screening and data entry in SuccessFactors, giving you hands-on experience with key HR systems.

It's a perfect role for someone ready to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities.

Review and screen incoming CVs and applications to identify suitable candidates for various positions.

Accurately enter and update data in the SuccessFactors system.

Coordination : Assist in coordinating training sessions and ensuring all necessary materials and resources are prepared.

Communicate with candidates and employees regarding training schedules and requirements.

Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed, including filing, document preparation, and other tasks.

Required Skills And Experience.

Interest in HR practices and willingness to learn.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with HR systems (experience with SuccessFactors is a plus).

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to assist in various HR functions.

Qualifications.

MBA or Master Degree in the Human Resource Management or related field.
