Billing Engineer / Quantity Surveyor Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare quantity sheets from on-site data and project drawings for all interior fit-out projects.
• Experience in billing execution for Retail, Hospitality, and Commercial interior projects across PAN India.
• Develop Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and item rates from tender documents.
• Prepare and process subcontractor/vendor bills with proper verification.
• Take measurements from Site Engineers and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure all work is executed and billed as per company protocols.
• Review, certify, and validate vendor and contractor invoices.
• Conduct cost analysis, rate assessments, and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and cost records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for billing approvals and updates.
