Site Engineer

About Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer / Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site execution, coordinating with vendors, ensuring quality control, and delivering projects on time.

Role & responsibilities

• Project Execution & Site Management: Handle end-to-end execution of interior and finishing work at project sites.
• MEP Coordination: Basic knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) work. Site Measurements & Drawings: Take accurate site measurements and interpret AutoCAD drawings.
• Vendor & Contractor Management: Must have an extensive vendor/contractor database to execute work efficiently.
• Procurement & Quality Control: Oversee site requirements, material purchases, and quality checks before receiving materials.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any on-site challenges to keep projects on track.
• Supervision & Progress Monitoring: Manage daily site activities, workforce, and stock requirements to ensure timely completion.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure safety procedures are followed, minimizing hazards on-site.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 5-10 years in interior fit-out projects (retail, cinema, restaurants, offices, etc.).
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior finishing materials and industry standards.
• Software Skills: Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to resolving site-related challenges.
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel PAN India for project supervision.
