Objective:
- Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

Role and Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for business expansion and competitive positioning.
- Set sales targets, performance goals, and sales forecasts.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored facility management solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the facility management sector.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and projects.
- Prepare and present proposals, bids, and contracts to potential clients.
Sales Operations and Reporting:
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Implement and manage sales tools, CRM systems, and processes to track and report sales activities and performance.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth project implementation and client satisfaction.
Market and Industry Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
