Digital Marketing Analyst

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst for our esteemed multinational client in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital media planning ecosystem, ad-operations, programmatic space, and data-driven digital marketing. The role requires expertise in managing and optimizing multiple campaign executions, troubleshooting issues, and demonstrating a high degree of professionalism and empathy within the team and with clients.

Qualifications and Experience

• Any Graduate
• 1+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, specifically in Ad Operations/Campaign Management

Responsibilities

• In - depth knowledge of digital media planning ecosystem with expertise in ad-operations, programmatic space, PMP, PMPG, RTB, etc.
• Understanding, implementation, and management of data-driven digital marketing RFPs.
• Monitoring and optimizing multiple campaign executions to ensure campaigns are launching and delivering on schedule.
• Identifying, troubleshooting, and fixing issues, alongside keeping internal and external stakeholders updated.
• Paying attention to all details and showcasing problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrating a high degree of professionalism and empathy within the team and with clients.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of work experience in Ad Operations
• Understanding of basic terminologies and matrices of digital marketing and project management space, including but not limited to CTR, CPL, CPI, etc.
• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing Fundamentals, Media Channels, and Tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, Adword, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Data-driven approach and strong business acumen
• Willingness to work as a team

CTC: Up to 30000/month

Note: Only apply if you have 1+ years of experience in Digital Marketing-Ad Operations/Campaign Management, are comfortable working in rotational shifts with rotational week-offs, can join within 15 days, and are comfortable working from the office in Mumbai. Additionally, candidates should have offer letter/experience letter/bank statement+payslips for all the organizations.

Contract: 6 months (Possibility of on-boarding on client payroll may happen in case of exceptional performance and a business need at our client's end)
