Key Account Manager

Location: Gandhinagar (Remote role)

Salary: Up to 80k per month inhand

A leading remote patient monitoring with AI-based early warning systems and connected bed technology company is seeking a Key Account Manager to join their team in Gandhinagar. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of executives in the region to promote technology adoption in hospital and home settings, driving additional business through upselling/cross-selling solutions, and establishing processes for enabling remote patient monitoring in hospitals and homes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of executives in the region to promote technology adoption in hospital and home settings
• Drive additional business through upselling/cross-selling solutions
• Understand hospital workflows and integrate solutions accordingly
• Conduct seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions for nurses, doctors, and patients
• Develop strong customer relationships and brand recall
• Establish processes for enabling remote patient monitoring in hospitals and homes
• Address operations escalations in hospitals with the support of operations executives
• Create opportunities for brand marketing and presence in hospitals
• Ensure timely payments from partner hospitals
• Provide regular updates to management and sales teams on device usage

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in sales/operations
• Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
• Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel to hospitals extensively, including those affected by Covid
• Proven ability in building and managing client relationships
• Prior experience in leading a team
• 6 days work with 1 rotation week off
