Urgently hiring SO/SSO- Protective Coating/Protecton  for one of our esteemed clients!!

About the Employer:   Our client is one of the industry leader in paints & industrial coating manufacturing with PAN India as well as global presence. We are hiring for their protective coating division.

Role and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for all high-performance coatings products and will be responsible for launching and entering new marketing segments..
• Working in close coordination with the Regional Manager and cover the entire Sothern region.
• Training and motivating young salespersons and guide them to achieving their target.
• Promote protective coating new products in assigned region.
• Getting Approvals from Clients and Consultants for Products.
• Be able to perform Corrosion Audit and give Coating system recommendation to Industrial Clients.
• Involves coating trials, trouble shooting, exploring new business, presentation, competitor analysis etc.
• Conducting product application trainings for the Company sales personnel in various Depots, polishers, applicators, contractors & painters.
• Understanding and ability to perform business, cost /benefit and financial analysis.
• Prepare and present proposals and close new accounts in targeted verticals.
• Develop and maintain Sales Plan and ensure achievement of Company sales targets and profitability.

Educational Qualification:  BSc / MSc Chemistry / Paint Technologist / Chemical Engineering

Experience:1 to 5 years’ experience of Technical Knowledge in Paint formulation /specification etc.
