One of our clients, a top resort in New Zealand, is seeking an experienced and reliable Breakfast Cook to join their team. The role involves managing the preparation and service of breakfast items, ensuring high-quality food and excellent guest experiences.

• Prepare and cook breakfast items per standard recipes and guest preferences.
• Set up and organize the kitchen for breakfast service.
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion standards.
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness during service.
• Assist with kitchen clean-up and next-day preparation.

• Experience as a Breakfast Cook (hotel/resort experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of breakfast culinary techniques and food safety.
• Ability to work early mornings,   weekends , and holidays.
