Job Description

SUMMARY

Baker Job Description

We are in search of a skilled baker with a minimum of one year of experience in a bakery setting. The ideal candidate will be tasked with the responsibility of commencing bakery operations in the morning, producing fresh bread, arranging pastries, and preparing a variety of baked goods for the next day. Additionally, the baker will be accountable for maintaining the quality of ingredients, monitoring inventory levels, and placing orders when necessary.

Responsibilities:

Mixing, preparing, and baking bread and pastries.
Opening the bakery each morning.
Presenting baked goods in an attractive manner.
Managing inventory and placing supply orders.
Innovating and developing new baked goods.
Ensuring timely completion of all baked goods for the opening.

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience as a baker in a bakery environment.
Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
Ability to work early morning shifts.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Excellent time management skills.

Benefits

3 years Contract, if performance good renewed for another 3 years. In-case contract is renewed, then wages will be increased for a period of another 3 years. Will be given 1 Round Trip Air Fare (India-Fiji-India) free of cost every 3 years. Will get free accommodation in Fiji & free travel to work while fooding cost will be borne by the candidate which is approx. Rs 5,000 per month. Annual Leaves: Sick Leave will be 10 days, Annual Leave will be 10 days per year along with Gazetted Holidays listed by the Govt of Fiji.
