Calling potential or existing customers for Financial support organization.
- Freshers (Graduate/Undergraduate) ready for the calling process
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
- Excellent knowledge of the Hindi Language, and multi-linguistic will be an added benefit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
