Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the interior design industry.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the design, marketing, and project management teams to ensure seamless project handovers and delivery.

Lead Generation: Employ effective strategies to generate quality leads within the interior design market, identifying potential clients and opportunities for business growth.

Follow-up on Leads: Proactively follow up on generated leads, engaging with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide relevant information about our services.

Client Confirmation: Obtain client confirmation on design concepts and quotes, ensuring a clear understanding of their requirements and expectations.

Sales Execution: Plan, propose, and execute the expansion of sales by identifying key areas for growth and implementing targeted sales strategies.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and

new clients.

Site Execution Oversight: Supervise and ensure the successful execution of projects on-site, collaborating closely with the project management and design teams.

On-Site Visits: Conduct on-site visits as required to assess project progress, address client concerns, and ensure the seamless implementation of design solutions.

Skills and Expertise:

Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and the ability to

align strategies with organizational goals.

Sales and Negotiation: Proven experience in B2B sales and negotiation, with a focus

on solution-based selling.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability

to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

and internal teams.

Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the interior design industry, including

key players, trends, and emerging opportunities.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative approaches

to business development.

Time Management: Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and

priorities simultaneously.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges

and seize opportunities

Minimum 5 years experience in Interior sales, Interior designing marketing, business development.
