About the Role:

- You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier IT professionals to support our organization's growth and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy:


- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top IT talent for diff clients across various disciplines.

Sourcing:


- Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networking events, to identify and engage qualified candidates.

Screening and Interviewing:


- Conduct thorough candidate screening, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and in person interviews, to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and potential for growth.

Candidate Experience:


- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, fostering a strong employer brand and building lasting relationships with potential employees.

Offer Negotiation:


- Negotiate compensation packages and employment terms with candidates to secure the best talent.

Onboarding:


- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are successfully integrated into the organization and have the necessary resources to succeed.

Talent Management:


- Collaborate with HR and department leaders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to address them.

Performance Metrics:


- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in IT recruitment, with a track record of successfully sourcing & hiring top IT talent.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
