Work from office

Work Location: [24]7.ai Pvt Ltd,Ground Floor, NSL SEZ, Survey 1, Plot 6, NSL Arena Internal Rd, IDA Uppal, Habsiguda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500039

Semi Voice Salary Structure: 20k to 28k(Take home after deductions)

Experience: 0-5 years
Age Criteria: 18yr to 36yr

Please carry all your educational certificates and Govt ID Proofs(Aadhar and Pan card) for Documentation Process(Clear scan / Xerox Copies)

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Provide support and resolve issues via call, chat and other electronic communication.

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

3. Typing Speed with 25wpm and 90% accuracy is a minimum requirement.

4. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

5. Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory.

Job Requirements:
1. It will be completely night shifts
2. 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday)
3. No Regular Pursing Candidates.
4. Candidates should have 10, 12 board memos mandatorily.
