Basis Understanding of Telecom like Dialer, Toll Free Numbers, GSM Boxes etc.

Good In excel as:

- Need to prepare report.
- Compare data in 2 different reports.
- Need to share reports with BI for further reporting

Good Communication skills as:

- Need to co-ordinate with partners during Issue escalation & support requirement.
- Need to co-ordinate with internal team members during testing & UAT of Dialer Services.

Service on which he need to extend support with active monitoring basis pre-scheduled reports:

- Missed Call
- SMS
- Voice Messaging
- WhatsApp
- Long Code / Short Code
- Auto dialers installed in 6 different locations

- Health insurance
- Paid sick time
- Provident Fund

Schedule:

- Day shift
Rotational off
