About the Team

The Supply Chain Excellence team is a center of excellence within Tata 1mgs supply chain

vertical. The team focuses on special projects and innovations that span business verticals such

as e-pharma, e-diagnostics, and retail. Working closely with leadership and cross-functional

teams across business, product, tech, and operations, the team drives operational excellence

and strategic initiatives to deliver high-impact results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Execute Customized Solutions: Lead the end-to-end design and delivery

process for product customization in operations, collaborating with cross-functional

teams to ensure quality and timely execution of key projects.

• Collaboration with Product Management: Work with product management and

operations teams to build scalable solutions that enhance user experience.

• Project Management: Understand and gather project requirements from stakeholders,

work with internal product and tech teams to resolve queries, and ensure smooth

product development cycles.

• Issue Tracking & Root Cause Analysis: Track problems, consolidate feedback from

cross-functional teams, and perform preliminary root cause analyses to direct issues to

the correct team for resolution.

• Research & Analysis: Conduct research to identify user needs and pain points, using

insights to drive product improvements and operational optimization.

• Data Analytics & Reporting: Develop and automate reports, build dashboards, and

improve data analytics capabilities to provide insights at scale, driving operational

excellence.

• Continuous Improvement: Analyze product performance and make recommendations

for optimization to enhance customer experience and streamline operations.

Requirements:

• Education: MBA with 1-3 years of work experience, preferably from a top-tier B-school.
• Experience: Prior experience in product operations, service delivery, or supply chain in

consumer goods, pharma, or e-commerce sectors.

• Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of business applications, analytics,

and platform technologies. Experience with project management and cross-functional

collaboration is a plus.

• Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate technical and value-driven

insights across teams.

• Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and

experience with data-driven reporting and analysis.

• Initiative & Problem-Solving: High level of initiative and ability to work independently

within a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
