Warehouse Team Lead || TATA 1MG ||

Tata 1mg is looking for a Senior Executive & ATL Profile for our Diagnostics Warehouse located in Gurugram (Sec-12).

Key Responsibilities:-

Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the warehouse team to achieve performance goals.

Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, logistics, and other departments for day to day operations.

Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels tracker, and other key metrics.

Coordination with suppliers/procurement team to ensure timely receiving of ordered material.

Requirements:

I. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

II. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

III. Proficiency in MIS tools and techniques.

IV. Advanced knowledge of Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros.

V.Leadership ability, organizational and multitasking abilities.

Who are we looking for:

a) Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

b) Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.

c) Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and best practices.

d) Maintain a positive attitude towards the job.

e) Experience required: 2-5 years in MIS, , Logistics, Warehouse Ops, Preferred from the Healthcare industry.
