Brief about the Team

The role will be of the Digitizer in the Corporate Health & Wellness vertical of TATA 1mg. The team is responsible for digitizing prescriptions and medical records to ensure customers receive efficient and accurate service. This team typically consists of highly trained pharmacists who have a strong understanding of medical terminology and pharmacology, as well as technical skills related to computer systems and databases.

What will you do:

1. Prescriptions :

Digitizing Prescriptions: You will be responsible for scanning and digitizing prescriptions, ensuring they are accurately captured and stored in the appropriate format. You will also be responsible for entering prescription information into computer systems or databases

Quality Control: You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of digitized prescriptions and medical records, performing quality control checks to identify and correct errors.

2. Documentation with confidentiality:

Managing Digital Medical Records: You will be responsible for managing and organizing digital medical records, including patient histories, test results, and medication lists. You will need to ensure that records are accurate and up-to-date and properly secured to protect patient privacy

Efficient Workflow: Will be responsible for ensuring that digitized prescriptions and medical records are processed efficiently to meet customer needs and deadlines. This may involve coordinating with other team members and departments to ensure that work is completed on time and to the highest standard

3. Compliance & Data Sanity:

Maintaining Compliance: You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to digitized prescriptions and medical records. This may involve ensuring that patient privacy is protected and that records are kept secure and confidential

Data Analysis: Will be responsible for analyzing data related to digitized prescriptions and medical records, such as volume, quality, and customer feedback. This may involve using software tools to generate reports and metrics and using data to make informed decisions and recommendations for process improvements

4. Customer Service:

Interact with customers or patients to answer questions about prescriptions or medical records and to ensure that their needs are met. You should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach

What we are looking for :

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharma with minimum 1 year of work experience.

• Excellent organizational skills, with an emphasis on priorities and goal setting.

• Knowledge of MS Office

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficiency in Prescription reading.
