Brief about the Team:

The role will help in designing and developing innovative, visually appealing, and engaging digital and print content to enhance learning experiences. This role requires a strong understanding of instructional design principles, creativity, and technical expertise in graphic design

What will you do:

Content Strategy & Design:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive content creation strategy to support the organization's L&D objectives.

- Design high-quality, learner-centric content, including eLearning modules, videos, infographics, and instructor-led training materials.

- Translate complex topics into simplified, engaging, and visually appealing learning materials.

Content Development & Delivery:

- Oversee the creation of multimedia learning resources, such as interactive videos, gamified learning modules, and digital simulations.

-Ensure that content aligns with learning principles and organizational goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and create relevant content.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts), trainers, and leadership teams to develop customized content for diverse audiences.

- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

Quality Assurance & Branding:

- Ensure all content aligns with organizational branding and quality standards.

- Regularly review and update training content to keep it relevant, engaging, and up-to-date with industry trends.

Technology & Innovation:

- Leverage tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond, and other authoring software for content creation.

- Explore emerging technologies like AR/VR, AI-based learning platforms, and microlearning tools to enhance content delivery.

- Stay informed about the latest trends in L&D

- Monitor the effectiveness of training content through feedback, assessments, and data analytics.

What we are looking for

1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Instructional Design, Communication, or a related field.

2. 6-8 years of experience in content creation

3. Proficiency in content development tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), and Camtasia.

4. Strong understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and learning principles

5. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)

6. Exceptional storytelling, writing, and visualization skills

7. Strong attention to detail and a data-driven approach to measuring content effectiveness
