Interview is not hard , basically they want you to do a online writing speed test and send a screenshot so that can be done by anyone you know , moreover they want to make sure you will remain with company for long so don’t say anything which can put them in dought , working with them after joining is very stressful as everyday shifts changes , morning to graveyard shifts and very less employee friendly as expected from domestic Bpo . Salary is around 24+ but my suggestion is only join if you cannot find any other job. Good luck
