Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Scheduled interview on holi but none of the HR team was least bothered to inform that it got cancelled. I got connected to the zoom link and was waited for half an hour and left the room. And again HR has scheduled on other day and the same thing got repeated and at least the HR informed that the interviewer was busy with the client/Stakeholders visit. And after a week or two again the interview got scheduled in the evening and i couldnot do it properly because the interviewer was not at all interested he just shooted with questions was least bothered to ask if it is the right time of the day for the interview. After couple of questions he stopped and said he would like to leave and left. It was not at all a friendly one. No eye contact or a pleasant tone from his side. Never ever say that you are concerned about the women employees who sacrifice their career for their family. Please think in our point of view and conduct the interviews. my only concern is that we have worked hard and reached to this senior level and with one or two unanswered questions doesn't decided our capability. if we were given opportunity i know we would have shown what we are capable of. And never judge the person with one interview. Thank you for wasting my 3 whole days of time.
