Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: my resume got shortlisted n i received a call from the HR of Xome n asked to come for interview.
Tips: Provide true information in your resume always.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: I have been asked to explain in brief about myself and then she asked me various question depending on what all i put on in my resume.
Basically HR round is only to see the way you talk and present yourself...the way you talk...your fluency in language. Its totally looking into your personality n taking decesion whether you are apt to fit in the company's requirements.
Tips: be confidant and dont lie.

Round: Aptitude Test
Experience: There were few questions related with mathematics, grammar, common sense, writing skills like emails,listening skills, interpreting skill, comprehension etc
Tips: There is time limit to pass this test. So keep an eye on your watch while solving the problem.

Round: Interview by manager
Experience: Manager was so cool and friendly. She asked me to tell briefly about myself n about my likes and dislikes..y i want to work. etc
Tips: again confidence and the way to put your words
