Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I got an interview call from hiring team for a designer.

They took my first round over google meet. Then they provide me an assignment for a moodboard construction material. I try hard to did that on time. then they provide me few feedback on it. I though they like my designs and expect the perfect one. I do hard this time to get selected then once will submit the assignments i was waiting for her feedback but no respond, after 2 days i called to hr team to know my status they said the sr hr will contact you you were shortlisted. Then after 2 days left i called to reconfirm the status then they said the post is on hold due to project issue. That seems unprofessional very bad.

Suggestion: If you plan to hire someone please make sure that the requirement is 100% genuine and don't waste any body time and do false statements.

New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - there were 3 rounds of interview, i completed all of them including the mighty design challenge, with positive feedback and the interviewer almost assured me about the offer. Later the HR calls me up and says the design challenge wasnt ok, when i took my stand saying i qualified the design challenge round and that too with very good feedback, she diverted the reason to something else. Later i checked other reviews and most of them had a similar experience as me! Wasted my valuable time and effort. Would never recommend CitiusTech to anyone! Stay away from CitiusTech guys.
