Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - If you are a fresher you don't get any job it's a good option, but the policy of the company is very strict eg:coming to salary part 90% will be credited first remaining 10% you will get it on 12th of every month, next If you join on genius and in one year if we got a better opportunity they will take 10000 ( this matter they will not mention in offer letter or in the interview) rs as training cost from your salary and if you don't have that much salary they will send demand notice, next is if you are joining as team member for ex: you need to serve notice for 45 Days which is not of a market standerd and if you are not the (buy back option is not in the company) finished all your leaves including PLs will not be encashed and further more during notice period they will show you the how the 'hell will be', next regards to increment as per company trend you will get an increment of 1000 to 1500 (special cases are also there) coming to work ambiance reading all this you may understood how the work ambience will be in that company.

Round: TECHNICAL ROUND TEST
Experience: A 45 mins round which consisted of 30 mins of core questions and 15 mins of data structures.  It was a mix of test on our knowledge .

Round: HR Interview
Experience: Most of the questions were based on general knowledge and many of them were from the resume provides by me

General Tips: It is always advisable to be prepared with certain set of general questions which make it easier to answer.
Skill Tips: Focus on your Study.. Revise the subject that you have studied at the time of Interview

College Name: IIT MADRAS

Round: Test
Experience: Questions were on Aptitude, English, Probability, Permutations andCombinations and Programming (C, C++). NO Group Discussion was held.Candidates were shortlisted on the basis of their test scores.

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: Total time of this round was 45 minutes.First 30 minutes, questions on core programming were asked and in the remaining 15 minutes questions were asked on data structures.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: This was a 5 minute round where questions were put up, some based on the resume and other were general questions.

Skills: Knowledge in MATLAB.
