Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I had cleared my 1st round (which is technical interview) and then for 2nd round they provided me a website task and ask me to complete that task within 24 hours , i had completed that task as per their requirement.

Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: Randomly selection of resume from online portals like Naukri
Tips: Always keep the best keywords to pop up from time to time, add any new leads in your resume

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: The CEO took my interview and the first thing he asked is I belong to which place? Since I hail from different state, he asked about relocation and future aspects, which shows they want a candidate who would stay for longer period not just job hopper. Later, he asked about the job profile , areas of work, asked me to sell a product, given a case study on the spot related to medical equipment-- like if there would be device crisis which trouble shooting experiences you would give related to cardiac products.
Tips: Always highlight and take the angle where you are strong, like if you have done 3 projects and out of it 1 in running successful rest in ongoing stages then remove those and deviate to wards it only. This gives you good confidence even if they ask you minute details of the project.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: I was able to answers every question nicely...
Tips: Don't let your confidence being down if you r not knowing any answers....

General Tips: Interview was conducted in 2 rounds both are technical. First round will be conducted by manager of your applicable department and second round will be by a department head. Interview is qtn and answer based skills assessment most questions about your previous experience & job role, some questions were about the skills mentioned in CV.
Skills: Communication, Body Language, Analytical Skills
Duration: 1-4 weeks

Be as direct as you can . While answering just keep in mind that you have all the knowledge and confidence they are seeking , it will boost your confidence
