Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The interview was a technical one but majorly a stress test. It lasted about 45 minutes. The interviewer wanted to test both my knowledge and communication skills. Most of the questions asked to me were related to my B.Tech curriculum i.e. Civil Engineering related topics. He discussed a lot on the basics related to my experience and project topic. Luckily i was able to answer most of the questions correctly. He gave me numerical questions from Civil engg. main subject i.e. Strength Of Materials and other questions are from \Steel structures and Building Constructions subjects.
It was my first interview in Govt. Organization and i think did pretty well for a fresher. You need to stay calm and should apply presence of mind and whatever you tell be confident on your answer. Please go through the job description thoroughly word by word and recheck your resume that you are a best fit for the position.
