Interview Preparation Tips

Round: HR Interview
Experience: This was a basic HR round that lasted for about 10-15 minutes. There were generic questions such as why do I think that I am fit for this role and so on. As someone who has regularly been doing MUNs I knew a lot about UNDP and was very well aware of all United Nations organisations. The interviewer said that mine was amongst the finest interviews he had taken so far and the only reason why they would select me was that my candidature was ineligible. The internship was open only for second and third year students.
Tips: Ask questions and sensible ones so that the interviewer knows you are both aware and interested. You can always ask them for feedback in case they declare their decision then and there. Maintain eye contact and try to figure what exactly the interviewer is looking for. Do not lose hope if not selected. In life , we never lose. We either win or we learn. Take away something meaningful from each interview process.

Skills: Communication skills, knowledge of the subject, ability to handle rejection
College Name: Indian School Of Business and Finance
