Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - During pandemic corona time, I had interview scheduled at Trantor. It was a smooth process where hiring HR n interviewers were too cooperative. Everything went well and within the same week I received offer letter. Though the hike was less and one of the reason for less hike was, the response I received - 'you know that people are being fired during this time and we have other candidates who can work with less salary also, so this is how much we can offer'.

Regarding interview I had 2 technical interview rounds and one managerial round. All were online interview. It was a good experience.

General Tips: Then they sent me an email that my first round was clear and they will inform about the second round in a few days. But I didn't get any email or phone but when I followed back they told me that the interviewer is not picking up their call and they asked me to wait. Surprisingly, I got another call from their senior HR for the same position which was very strange to me. I told her everything about my interview. After regular followups for around 1month when I called back they told me that somehow the position went on hold. However, a few days back I saw that there is an opening on different job portals which is showing that the job post is 2 days back, I checked it with their official career website which was true. I checked with the senior HR Kanika and she told me that they already hired some guys for the same position a few days back. I told her about job postings but she denied that this might be some error. I didn't understand how can same error happened to every job portal and even on their own portal. I send the email to Mansi with whom my conversation going on, I also tried to call her but she neither replied to me nor she answered my call.

They gave me stress and wasted my time but they didn't bother to give me a satisfactory answer. This is the worst experience I had.
