Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I was interviewing with miss dhawan for the final round who happens to be the director of HR here.
First point I noticed is that she was least interested in taking the interview,
Upon asking a fews questions about the job role and culture about the company the answers were vague. She said the job description will change according to the business requirement nothing is fixed...
As a candidate it is my right to know if the position is a new position or a replacement, and if it's a replacement why the previous person had left. At first She was reluctant to answer this as according to her this question is irrelevant.
The next thing I found very weird is they will ask each and every person to sign a contract or a bond to not leave the company for atleast 1 year of employment, or you will have to pay 1 month compensation and also serve the notice period, or the legal team will take an action against you.
According to me miss dhawan has no idea about how law and legal compliances work and their move to retain employees for 1 year in the organization is even worse, instead try improving your culture.
