Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Dear Tijoree Company HR Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share my feedback regarding the interview process I recently went through with your company. While I was excited about the opportunity and impressed by the initial virtual technical round, the subsequent in-person interview experience left me feeling quite disappointed.

On October 16th, 2023, I was scheduled for a face-to-face interview at your company's location, with the timing specified as 12:00 to 3:30. I arrived on time as scheduled, but to my surprise, there was no HR representative to welcome me, and my attempts to contact them went unanswered.

After waiting in the reception area for over an hour, a staff member finally took it upon themselves to inform the relevant team about my presence. Subsequently, I was escorted to an interview cabin, where a company representative conducted the interview, which went well and lasted for about 30 minutes.

However, after the interview, I was instructed to return to the reception area, with the promise that the HR team would be in touch with me. Unfortunately, there was no communication or contact from the HR team, and I found myself waiting for over two hours without any updates.

It wasn't until a random employee inquired about my extended wait that I had the chance to explain my situation. This employee promptly informed the interviewer about my continued wait, but despite this, I was simply told to leave, with the assurance that the HR team would provide updates via email.

Regrettably, I have not received any communication or updates from the HR team since that day. This experience left me feeling frustrated and that my entire day was wasted.

I am sharing this feedback not to complain but with the hope that it can serve as constructive input for improving your interview process. Timely communication and a more organized approach to scheduling and conducting interviews could greatly enhance the candidate experience.
