Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Role is described as "work from home" but relocating to greater noida is mandatory

the work schedule is as follows
7:30am to 1:30pm
1:30pm to 3:30pm is break
3:30pm to 6:30pm with work extending till 10:30pm to 11:00pm - depending on target completion as they explain their role as mission driven which leaves little room for work life balance - they also justify working till 2am in the morning by giving their own examples
they only give 4 leave per month incuding sick leave and do not have any other holiday or any weekend off - there is no mention of additional holiday
