Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - FnP HR: A Disappointing Experience
[***potential RED FLAGS about company's culture***]

My recent interaction with FnP HR left a VERY NEGATIVE impression.
Their unprofessional behavior and lack of basic courtesy raised significant red flags.

Key Issues:
Lack of communications etiquettes - Despite repeated follow-ups, I never received timely responses on phone calls/Emails/SMS/WhatsApp messages. Even one of their HR POC is posting jobs on LinkedIn but never reads Linkedin messages.

Disrespectful Interview Process - The tone of HR POC and questions were intrusive and inappropriate, including personal inquiries about the age of my family members.

Unprofessional Offer - During the resume screening call itself, the HR POC had the guts to offer me a lower salary despite having the senior level experience in a top level MNC. (I was so surprised by the shamelessness of HR)

Poor Communication Skills - HR POC seemed frustrated and disengaged, which created an unpleasant interview experience.

Overall Assessment:
In my opinion, The behaviour exhibited by FnP HR reflects a deeply flawed company culture. Their unprofessionalism and lack of respect for candidates are major deterrents for anyone considering joing their organization. I strongly advise potential job seekers to be cautious when considering FnP.
