My roles and responsibilities I am working on post Accouts receivable, when the billing is completed I am preparing outstanding report with our ledger reconcile the all billing,bills, amount, tax, and preparing outstanding report & share with customer this is your outstanding report & invoice is also attached, solve the customer queries, comming to cash application process that is process accurately matching payment from b2b customer to their order or open invoice,when prossing the payment money is available to be spent, in this I am reconcile the customer ledger with our ledger, reconcile bank statement & applied the all cash checking with payment remittances & pass the journal entries in the erp & close the customer accounts.
