3rd round was Ops round where the process manager or Team leader will ask you questions. They will again ask you to tell them about yourself ( asked some questions about my hobbies, so if you are stating something as your hobby,better have some knowledge about don't just say it just for the sake of saying it ) and your previous experience, reason for leaving the previous organisation, why do you want to join our company, what do you know about the process, what were your KPI's and KRA's in your previous job, How do you handle a difficult customer, what are three qualities a customer service associate should have, gave me a free speech topic and asked to speak on it for 2 minutes, gave a mock call scenario ( just stay calm and try to give a resolution even if it's not perfect they just want to see how well you can handle a situation ).
