Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I was ready to join with serving a two months notice period if I had got selected. Backed out because : The Owner of the company takes the second round and first asks irrelevant questions related to family background, age, marital status etc which are completely unprofessional and irrelevant to ask to any candidate, my 10 years of experience in HR tells me. candidate who exited the room before me told me she had 8 months gap during her leaving the last job and this interview and he disrespectfully asked her if She had the intention of sitting at home for a few more months with a smile on his face. The bossy, rude and unprofessional vibe was very much visible. There are no paid leaves here and no benefits, only pf and 2 Saturdays off.

Advice to management : we are living in 2024 where companies are answerable, kindly evolve and cultivate some professional attitude.
