Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Company is Good, but would like to share one thing about this organization.
I had got increment letter after that I had put my resignation.
And in systematic way I had given resignation letter and I had served two months notice period and handover to the concerned person every thing in a proper way.
When I asked for increment they told you won't be getting your increment.
When I asked that I want to meet the boss.
They don't allow me to meet the boss.

One year Increment amount is still pending with Runwal Group of Companies.
I don't understand why they do like this.
It's an hard earned money.
How easily they avoid such type of things.
I had worked sincerely for 3.5 years with Runwal.
