Interview Preparation Tips
Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - My experience during the interview was great. I had my first round directly with the co founder Amit sir, he was polite, professional and to the point. He started off the interview with basic questions like about yourself and then eventually moved on to the technical questions.
The second round was with one of the managers, that lasted about 10-15 minutes, she as well was accurate and knew what she was looking for in a person.
The last interview was with the other co-founder Swati Ma’am, she looked difficult to impress. She was also very polite & professional throughout the interview session.
The major thing I liked about them was, my recent stint was only 3 months long, no one throughout the 3, focused on why I left the job just in 3 months and rather focused on my achievements. They knew what they were looking for and looked at me as a potential employee rather than focusing on the short tenure I had.
From an outsider perspective, It looked like the environment is good and the team members are helpful.

Hello,
Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus
Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L)
I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance.
The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte.
Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

There was total of 40 questions
First 20: Aptitude based topics like time and work, profit and loss, speed and distance
Second 20: Programming MCQs based on C, C++ and python. Task is to guess the correct output and errors.

Assignment Round
There were 4 coding questions based on array, 2 SQL queries and one article.
Coding questions were easy for batch 2 but difficult for batch 1. Star patterns are present in batch 1.
SQL queries were easy.
One article (200-300)words. Topics was Google maps.

Practice as much coding questions based on array, patterns and star patterns.
Practice as much SQL queries as you can.
You have to carry your own laptop so install atleast one ide which can work without internet.
Also practice writing articles for this company (2-3).
