Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The most worst interviewer I have ever faced in my 20 years job career. I have interviewed by one of the directors. His questions were very much in general and his thoughts are in a complete closed box.
Example : if the applicant answer the spelling of SCHOOL he feels in very disappointment and argues like-, in this spelling 2nd 'O' should come in place of 3rd in order and vise versa.......
And after 40 kms of my travel and 30 mins of interview duration, he concluded that..... We can't even pay half the salary of your current, we called you for just testing your knowledge. Now, you can understand their decency and cheap professional attitude.
It's really pathetic I felt after losing my words on their character.

Round: Final Interview
Experience: Post the final round which went about for an hour the Third party recruiter (Xpert Conexions) called in to inform that a feedback would be provided to me irrespective of the interview outcome. In spite of reaching out to the 3rd party recruiter twice by emails and once via call, the 3rd party recruiter displayed total lack of professionalism. Would recommend to insist being contacted by the company HR directly. If a company is serious about a potential candidate, they will get back in touch. If not, it appears that they will outsource the same to a 3rd party who wouldn't give an iota of consideration
